Kristina Frank (she/her/hers) is a long-time contemplative practitioner who deeply trusts the inner wisdom of each person to find their way.  An experienced student of yoga, Kristina values integrating mind, body and spirit. A mother of six who has been home-schooling her children since 2006, Kristina believes that curiosity is a foundation for all deep learning. She has served as a longtime leader in her Catholic parish and on the Board of Sanctuary of Hope, an ecumenical, interfaith retreat center based in KC Kansas. Kristina is also a participant in Souljourners, an ecumenical formation program for spiritual directors. A member of Evolving Enneagram’s Advisory Council, Kristina serves as a Spiritual Tutor for Evolving Enneagram and teaches contemplative prayer through diverse ecumenical forums such as the Temple Buddhist Center and Sanctuary of Hope.

Passionate about social justice, recently, Kristina led a book study on Me & White Supremacy, sponsored by Evolving Enneagram. She also leads two regular weekly Contemplative Practices & the Enneagram (CPE) groups and has taught Centering Prayer frequently through Temple Buddhist Center’s Deepening Practice Half-Day monthly meditation retreat. In August 2020, Kristina co-taught a 4-week class on the Enneagram for Groups & Couples with Rev. Nhien, hosted by Spiritual Directors International.

Kristina leads us to quiet our minds

After learning about the Enneagram from books and classes in 2018, I joined a CPE group in 2019. Not only did it help me establish a regular meditation practice, but also, by listening to others sharing (confidentially) from their different points around the Enneagram it provided insights into how we all can work together in this crazy world! Kristina leads us to quiet our minds and listen and reflect on what is brought forth during meditation. We are guided by her sharing of a poem, quote or story but also encouraged to speak about a pressing concern in our life. CPE participation brings a sense of community even on Zoom instead of in person. It has changed my life.
